Experts, scholars, judges, lawyers, patent and trademark agents, counselors and law school students who focus on intellectual property are welcomed to publish official legal documents and their translations which are excluded from the copyright law protection of countries where those documents and translations originated from according to the spirit of G·IPRs. We sincerely hope that volunteers share their theses, legal comments or practical experience via the website. G·IPRs management team will lead the share of conception and experience on China Intellectual Property Legal System and we hope more and more international experts join us to promote the application and protection of global intellectual property.
G·IPRs has absorbed the experience of our previous website inheriting the style of plain look and content priority with more specific theme, clear classification and more scientific article publication mechanism. The multi-lingual system enables efficient navigation of translations and convenient article translation of registered users. Moreover, we recommend GIM technology including Translation Memory, Terminology Management, which has already been tried in the website content publication and management to raise the public awareness of global intellectual property law system.
The establishment of G·IPRs benefits from several experts' encouragement and support, especially Prof. Tao Xing Liang, Dean of Intellectual Property Law of Shanghai University, Prof. Shen Fu Jun, Expert on Administration Law of ECUPSL, Prof. Shen You Lun, Expert on Civil Law, Dr. Li Ge Xin, the Chief of Shanghai Runhe Law Firm and my colleagues. Hereby I extend our sincere gratitude on behalf of the team members of G·IPRs to all the friends who pay attention to and support G·IPRs!
