Prof. Shen Fujun

Shen Fujun, is the professor of EAST CHINA UNIVERSITY OF POLITICAL SCIENCE AND LAW, the graduate teacher and the Deputy Director of the Research Center of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, also enjoying the position of Director of the Education & Teaching Centre of the Law School of ECUPSL, the partner of Shanghai Runhe Law Firm, meanwhile holding the position of the Director of Administration Seminar of China Law Society, the Legal Consultant of Shanghai legislation Institute, as well as the part-time Professor of Prosecuting Attorneys' Training School of Shanghai, the Senior Lecturer of the Shanghai Legal Lecturer Group.

He published up to ten literatures, such as Study of Administration Redress Procedure of China (monograph), Administrative Law and Administration Procedure Law (editor in chief) and also published over sixty legal papers and once won the Prize of Shanghai Excellent Fruit of Philosophy and Social Science. He does long-term teaching and researches on Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure Law and also has very rich experience in acting as lawsuit agent for Administrative Litigation, Administrative Reconsideration and Administrative Hearing and so forth.
