Regulations of the PRC on Customs Protection of IPR (2003-12-02)

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the Customs Law of the People’s Republic of China for the purposes of providing customs protection for intellectual property rights, promoting foreign trade and international scientific, technological and cultural exchanges and safeguarding public interests.

Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 This Law is formulated for the purpose of safeguarding state sovereignty and interests, strengthening supervision and control by the Customs, promoting exchanges with foreign countries in economic affairs, trade, science, technology and culture, and ensuring socialist modernization.
