CHAPTER I GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Article 1 This Law is enacted for the purposes of maintaining trading order, protecting consumers' interests, ensuring fair competition, and promoting economic stability and prosperity. Unless otherwise provided in this Law the provisions of other relevant laws shall apply.
