1. Accepting the Terms
1.1 Global IPRs Research Center (hereinafter referred to as "G•IPRs" or the "Website") will provide you with services according to the clauses and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") as follows: Your agreement with G•IPRs will also include the terms of any legal statements applicable to the services, in addition to the Terms of Use. All of these are referred to below as the "Additional Terms". If there is any conflict of contents between the Additional Terms and the Terms of Use, the Additional Terms shall prevail.
1.2 You shall in prior read the Terms of Use with great carefulness before you access the services of the Website. Do not use any service of the Website if you do not agree with this Terms of Use.
1.3 When you click on any website functional buttons or practically use the services on any page of G•IPRs, it means you have accepted the Terms of Use and it represents that you have already read and understood the whole contents of the Terms of Use and become a "User" of the Website (users of the Website can be divided into: (1) anonymous user; (2) authenticated user; (3) editor; and (4) administrator; among which "editor" and "administrator" are both "authenticated user").

Global IPRs Research Center (hereinafter referred to as "G·IPRs" or "Website") puts emphasis on the protection of copyright as well as advocating open source and share so as to promote the course of universal protection on intellectual property rights. The following Copyright Policy and Statement are integral parts of G·IPRs Terms of Use. Please read it carefully before accessing to the services of G·IPRs. Do not use G·IPRs, if the following clauses are unacceptable for you. Your access to any G·IPRs' service shall be deemed as that you entirely accept the following clauses. The authorization of your using the Website will be automatically terminated if you violate the following clauses and the Website reserves the right of taking corresponding legal actions.

Why does G•IPRs collect personal information?
As a user of G•IPRs, you can enjoy many activities after your registration according to the form prompted which involves personal information. G•IPRs may ask you to provide certain personal information (as well as certain non-personal information that may be tied to personal information), such as your name, E-mail address, country and city of residence, and your website and so forth. In order to reduce errors in our database and ensure the smooth use of our website, authenticate our users, prevent fraud and prevent abuse of G•IPRs’ Items, as well as to provide more consistent, relevant experiences to our users, we may on occasion supplement or correct your Internet Protocol (IP) address with information in our other databases or information from third-party sources.
