——Prof.Tao, male, born in Shanghai China 1950, who graduated from School of Management of Fudan University (Master), being engaged in legal research, teaching, and legal affairs for more than 20 years. Now he is working as a professor, supervisor of PhD. Candidate in law, senior lawyer, arbitrator, and patent agent, still as the dean of Intellectual Property School of Shanghai University.
——Prof.Tao, as a lawyer, specializes in dealing with the legal affairs concerned of patent, trademark, copyright, know-how, software, technology transfer and trade, along with internet affairs, etc..

Robert Li, [born 1954], the director of Shanghai Run He Law Firm, is a graduate of the Foreign Language Department of East China Teacher’s University [1980], and received his Master of Law from the East China Institute of Polities and Law [1988]. In 1993, Mr. Li earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Willamette University College of Law, a well-respected law school in the Pacific Northwest of the Untied States.
