Brief Introduction

In 1997 I have entered into the Moscow State Law Academy, an institute of higher education, located in the City of Moscow, Russia (for details, please, see the official web-site of the Academy on www.msal.ru).
Business Law was my first specialization there. In 2002 I have successfully passed the Academy and obtain a distinction diploma. That year I have further entered into the Post-Graduate Study of the same Academy for the International Public Law Chair. In 3 years I have defended a Candidate of Legal Science (Ph. D.) Thesis titled “The Legal Issues of the Status and Activities of the OSCE (Organization on Security and Coordination in Europe)”. So I have become a Candidate of Legal Science (Ph. D).
On graduating from the Academy I have returned to the City of Yakutsk of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya), being one of the Russian regions, which is my native land. At one time I taught the “Constitutional Law of the Russian Federation” and the “Municipal Law of the Russian Federation” disciplines in the Yakutsk branch of the Moscow Academy of Labour and Social Relations. Henceforth I worked in the staff of the legislative state body of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya) – State Assembly (Il Tumen) of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutiya).
Now I work for a private company as a corporate lawyer in Moscow. I am interested in the foreign corporate law, including the Chinese one. I suppose, taking into account the close political and ecomonomic relations between Russia and the People's Republic of China, it is the promising way for the team-work. From my side, I can help you in searching the Russian laws and regulations in any sphere and cosulting on various matters.
